The Wall is a Window at I95	Back to Public Works

The Worlds  largest mosaic mural . Made with of  36,000 concrete building  blocks. The blocks were cast in four colors , blue, red, yellow & white.

The walls are located on Interstate 95  beginning at The Ben Franklin Bridge, in Philadelphia.

Historically , this is the First example of  sound mitigating as art.

The design team was  Richard ( Woody ) Stange ,  Richard Committa and Ken Clark
